At Beachgrove the design and landscaping of each lot requires approval from the Developer or the Developer’s agent prior to the commencement of any building works or landscaping.

As you may be aware, a sewer pump system is to be installed as part of the building works on all lots within the Beachgrove Subdivision. This sewer pump system will discharge wastewater into a pipe in the street and the onto the council sewer network. The purpose of this document is to provide the homeowners and/or building companies with information on the sewer pump system.
